SHIPPING

At Kinue Ibiza, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to our costumers every day, ensuring we always offer the highest levels of responsiveness.
Don´t forgive us, we are on the small island of Ibiza, so sometimes we need 1 or 2 extra days for shipping because first we have to send your Kinue pieces to Madrid, where there are many shipping connections around the world.
 

THE DELIVERY TIME FOR ORDERS IS DIVIDED INTO 3 PARTS:
- Processing time: Order verification, preparation, quality control and packaging 1-2 days.
- Manufacturing time: All products in our store are handmade with care. We offer ready-to-ship items for fast delivery and a make to order service, taking approximately 2-4 weeks from making to shipping.
- Shipping time: "Standard Delivery" usually takes: 3-5 business days Spain, 3-7 business days Europe, 
5-10 business days US.
We currently only ship to selected countries.
Send me an email if you are not among those selected countries and we will try to provide you that service as well.

RETURNS
If you´re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassie-free returns and exchanges.

We have a 15 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kinueibiza.com. If your return is accepted, we´ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong object, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order has any damaged, please take pictures and send us too in your email.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or candles. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we´ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you´ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
All re-importation and shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Domestics and International shipping charges are non-refundable, and import duties, VAT and importation fees are not refundable on international orders.
